RCA Looking To Bounce Back At Boro

Sunderland RCA make their first ever visit to Phoenix Park today (Sat Jan 27th, 3pm) to face newly promoted Boro Rangers in the Ebac League Division One. They will travel looking to bounce back from Tuesday night’s 8-1 defeat in awful conditions at Whitley Bay, and also to avenge the 0-7 home defeat by today’s opponents, widely regarded as the clubs worst performance of the season.

Adam Lennox is expected to make his second debut for the club this afternoon, but our other new signing Reece McEwan misses out due to a prior engagement. Of the side that started the home fixture with Boro, only Jason Chanayire remains at the club, while the game was also notable for one of the shortest ever appearances for RCA, as substitute Usman Ogidan was sent off after just 35 seconds on the pitch. Today the visitors will be without the injured Keigan Turns and Bradley Paul, as well as the still recovering from illness George Pinder, while Taylor Richardson faces a late fitness test. As well as Lennox, both Liam Evans and Kai Purvis have been added to the squad.

If you are not able to make it through to TS4, we will keep you posted with updates on our social media.
